I can't find anything about the service being available in the US, and I can't find a phone number for Tom Tom. The local BestBuy has given me two phone numbers for Tom Tom, so far, and both were incorrect. The online materials suggest that something is available in the US, and I even heard a radio ad that mentioned it, but can't find where it's described in detail or where to order the service. This GPS appears to be a good product, but the company sure doesn't have it together when it comes to support and information!
